Replacement Policy
We process replacements of the same product only. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the suitable flute scale and size before placing the order.
Exchanges on Radhe Flutes are accepted only in the following cases:
- You have received a damaged product.
- You have received a defective product.
- The wrong product was delivered to you.
Step 1:
If any of these issues occur, you can request a replacement on the same day you receive the order. Please send pictures/videos of the damaged/defective product immediately upon receipt. Contact us via email at radheflutesonline@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9979882744.
Step 2:
After verifying the issue, we will arrange to pick up the product from your location and send you the replacement simultaneously. We will provide you with the return pick-up tracking ID as well as the tracking ID for the new product. Please ensure you pack the return product in its original packaging, seal it completely, and keep it safe.
Replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If the request is initiated more than 24 hours after order delivery.
- If photographs showing the full, close-up damage with packaging are not sent to us.
- If the product is used or altered.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.
- If the replacement is attempted without the original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
Categories not eligible for return or replacement:
- Flute thread reels.
- Customized flutes in any form.
Note: In the case of a replacement, it is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount.
